Movement*, the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Houston proudly
presents a Centennial Concert in Houston on Sunday, March 3rd at 6 pm at
Hobby Center for the Performing Arts - Zilkha Hall (800 Bagby St., Houston, TX
77002) in Houston downtown’s theater district.
as one of the most important events in modern Korean history, the March 1st
Movement in 1919 ignited the surge for freedom and independence until the
restoration of Korean independence in 1945 after 35 years of Japanese colonial
Centennial Concert will feature internationally lauded Korean-American
